Develop software system design, programming & documentation based on business requirements</span>
Provide technical assistance and technical training to other departments
Document & report status / progress of assigned tasks on a regular basis </span>
Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards & quality levels </span>
Maintain knowledge of best practices surrounding IT technology, processes & applications development / support </span>
Work effectively with other team members on multi-person projects, provide constructive evaluation of code & share knowledge / insight </span>
Communicate with business users & analysts to gather accurate requirements for new enhancements & applications </span>
Requirements
8+ years of development experience required
Experience working in smaller teams within a growing environment
Proven ability to independently manage tasks and priorities, accurately estimate work, and meet deadlines
Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment
Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, and self motivated
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Strong analytical and design skills
Experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications
Ability to escalate issues for resolution
Prior experience working within Microsoft .Net development environment
Proven knowledge in n-tier web/Windows applications using ASP.NET 4.6/4.8, .Net 8, C#, (link removed), HTML, Ajax, jQuery, Remoting, WCF, web services, CSS, PowerShell
Experience with Windows Services and IIS
Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, stored procedures, user defined functions, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (2017+), TFS, SQL 2017/2019
DevOps Deployments using CCMI processes
Solid understanding of Object-oriented design
