We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney (Plaintiff) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court, managing and organizing caseloads, developing strategies, and advising clients on their legal rights. Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation. Conduct research, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details in preparation for trial. Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other pleadings in accordance with the court’s rules. Develop litigation strategies, negotiate with opposing counsel, and advise clients on their legal rights. Handle a variety of complex cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, legal malpractice, professional liability, and business law litigation. Manage all phases of the litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery through pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Provide expert legal support, advice, and guidance to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the local State Bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff trial attorney, specifically dealing with medical malpractice, personal injury, legal malpractice, professional liability, and business law litigation. Proven track record of achieving favorable verdicts in court. Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills. Strong research and report writing skills. Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to meet the demands of the role. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Proficient in legal research software and MS Office.
