Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Manage and develop client relationships, providing valuable tax insights. Research tax issues and provide solutions to complex problems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings. Support tax planning and strategy development for clients. Assist with mentoring and training junior staff members.

Qualifications: 3+ years of public accounting tax experience. CPA or progress toward CPA certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
