This role will report to the Contracts Manager. If you want to help public agencies, non-profits, and companies get their data right, we look forward to hearing from you. What you will do: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, monitor performance, and ensure contractual compliance with each subcontractor/vendor, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dispute resolution Review, draft, and revise subcontract documentation Issue and modify contractual flow-downs and government regulation changes Collaborate across functional areas such as Project Management, Accounting, and IT to manage and streamline Amida's subcontract processes, including onboarding and offboarding of subcontractors Assist with audits, such as those focusing on federal and state compliance requirements Other duties as assigned Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Required Experience: Six (6) years of experience negotiating, managing, and administering subcontracts Experience auditing contractual processes Required Skills: Strong attention to detail Superior oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective multitasker Able to shift priorities and maintain commitment to complete assigned tasks Deep understanding of legal contractual language The ability to pass a Public Trust-level clearance Preferred Skills: Thorough knowledge of government contracting regulations ( FAR and DFARS) Experience with GSA Schedules, IDIQs, and GWACs Success at Amida Communication is the key to success at Amida.
