5+ years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role with Ruby Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, complex software systems Strong experience with several or more of Ruby, Python, Airflow, SQL, JS, and web frameworks Experience in multiple areas of software development such as backend, frontend, infrastructure, database design, etc Mastery of software architecture patterns and principles Strong understanding of software development life cycle, including agile methodologies Fluency in engineering best practices and methodologies, such as CI/CD, scrum/agile, TDD
