Director Of Revenue Enablement
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to elevate our sales organization's performance and productivity. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategy and execution of sales enablement across the company. We need a dynamic individual with a builder mentality, who can both envision the road map and work hands-on to implement programs that drive results. You'll partner closely with stakeholders including senior leaders in Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product to shape & execute Sales Readiness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic revenue enablement strategy aligned to company and GTM objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define and communicate enablement goals, workflows, and expectations.
- Own and optimize onboarding programs for new Sales and CS hires to deliver high-impact, role-specific experiences.
- Build and maintain enablement frameworks for upskilling sales across the customer journey discovery, qualification, competitive positioning, and value-based selling.
- Drive the integration of enablement into broader professional development and talent strategy in partnership with HR.
- Define, measure and analyze success metrics and KPIs for enablement effectiveness (e.g., ramp time, productivity, quota attainment).
- Manage content delivery platforms (LMS, CMS) to ensure accessibility, consistency, and usage analytics.
- Build and lead a high-performing enablement teamfostering innovation, development, and execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement or related GTM roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of building scalable onboarding and enablement programs at high-growth SaaS companies, particularly supporting Sales, CS, and technical teams.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
- Expertise in implementing and managing enablement technology (LMS, CMS, content platforms).
- Deep understanding of sales methodology, pipeline management, and buyer-centric enablement.
- Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about coaching, empowering others, and building a high-trust, high-performance culture.
