• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
• Agile/Scrum certifications
Required Skills
• 10+ years in Financial Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Data Modernization programs.
• Experience with model risk management (development/validation) and SaaS migrations (on-prem to cloud).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel, CCAR, Dodd-Frank).
• End-to-end ownership of budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in change management and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present to Steering Committees and senior leaders.
• Digital marketing (likely for stakeholder reporting tools).
• Vendor management (SaaS implementations).
Job Description
o Lead large-scale initiatives for financial risk modernization, regulatory compliance, and data migration (on-prem to SaaS).
o Define project scope, budget, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Oversee cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Vendors) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
o Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers proactively.
o Report progress to Steering Committees and executives.
o Collaborate with sponsors, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance.
o Streamline workflows for risk mitigation and decision-making.
o Drive adoption of best practices in change management.
• Migration of Model Risk Management systems (validation, SaaS hosting).
• Data modernization for risk and regulatory reporting.
