We’re looking for a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and execution of AI-powered tools that enhance data intelligence, automation, and go-to-market enablement. You’ll be at the heart of shaping a fast-moving product roadmap, with direct access to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities : Own the full lifecycle of product development across AI agents, data platforms, and workflow automation tools. Lead sprint planning and execution, collaborating with engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams. Monitor product usage, define success metrics, and iterate rapidly based on real-world insights. Champion the AI product vision and ensure timely, high-impact delivery. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves : 5+ years in product management, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Hands-on experience with Data products and / or AI features, including agents, recommendations, machine learning, analytics, or automation. Background in building or managing data-driven products or platforms. Proven success in startup settings, where you've worn multiple hats and owned large parts of the product lifecycle. Strong technical collaboration skills, especially with engineers working on AI / ML models and data architecture. Nice-to-Have : Personal and professional experience using AI and automation tools Experience scaling product maturity at larger organizations (200+ people).
