Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm OR equivalent experience.
2+ years working with compliance or regulatory programs.
2+ years of professional experience in a combination of roles in privacy, operations security, information protection, risk management, technical program management, compliance or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) Degree AND 5+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm OR Master's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm OR Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm OR equivalent experience.
Relevant Certification (e.g., International Organization for Standardization [ISO] Lead Auditor, International Association of Privacy Professionals [IAPP], Certified Public Accountant [CPA], Certified Information Privacy Professional [CIPP]).
Experience of the healthcare regulatory landscape, and privacy risk for healthcare suppliers and subprocessors, especially in the European Union and United States.
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or other equivalent certification.
Experience working with legal / regulatory teams to translate privacy and compliance requirements to actionable engineering or release plans.
1+ year experience managing suppliers, partners or subprocessor projects.
Compliance IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
Conduct technical privacy reviews for service, subprocessors, data residence, HIPAA, vendors, and partner programs
Manage a Healthcare subprocessor program, including maintenance and disclosure of 3P data processing and inventory of systems /manual processes with privacy.
Serve as a SME for Engineering and Product, proactively revising and developing partnership privacy guidance materials for healthcare services.
Apply cross-functional knowledge to other compliance programs, including Responsible AI, Medical Devices and HIPAA.
