About the Role Crusoe.ai is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our ecosystem of Consulting firms, System Integrators (SIs), Solution & Service Providers, and VARs. This role is core to expanding our go-to-market footprint, helping customers succeed through industry-tailored solutions built and delivered in collaboration with our partners.
You’ll own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new partners to driving joint sales motions and scalable GTM programs. A key focus will be developing industry-specific offerings (e.g., for Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail) that combine our product with partner services and delivery capabilities. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you will own and build strategic alliances, align partners with sales and marketing efforts, and drive revenue through ecosystem collaboration.
A Day In The Life Grow and activate the partner ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and enable SIs, consulting firms, solution providers, and VARs that align with our customer needs and go-to-market strategy.
Develop vertical-specific offerings: Collaborate with partners to package joint solutions and services tailored to priority industries and use cases
Drive revenue through sell-with and sell-through motions: Lead account mapping, opportunity sharing, and co-selling while enabling partner-sourced pipeline and executing joint go-to-market initiatives
Launch and scale partner GTM programs: Build and execute joint marketing campaigns, enablement programs, and repeatable playbooks
Manage partner relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact across strategic and operational levels, driving alignment and execution
Act as the voice of the partner: Advocate internally for partner requirements across product, marketing, sales, support, and customer success
Track, measure, and report impact: Maintain accurate reporting on partner-sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline growth, and partner performance
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have 7+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliances focusing on Consulting, SIs, and Service Delivery partners
Direct experience managing channel and service delivery partners focused on cloud platforms, GPU/AI infrastructure, and/or ML solutions
Proven ability to build joint offerings and GTM plans aligned to vertical or solution-specific needs
Proficient in leading sell-with and sell-through partnerships and operationalizing them into scalable, repeatable revenue streams
Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills. Able to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery
Metrics-driven and accountable, with a track record of turning partnerships into measurable outcomes
Strategic and hands-on: Thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable building from scratch and executing independently in a fast-scaling company that still operates with a startup mindset
Bonus Points: Background in enterprise architecture, professional services, or designing and delivering industry-specific partner solutions
Experience building partner programs and working with tools like PRM platforms and Salesforce

Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $200,000 -$230,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
