We support data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous customer access to our services. Your work will be vital in ensuring the stability and sustainability of next-generation IP networks. Key job responsibilities Support and maintain our next-generation networks. Develop simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions and processes. Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to reduce operational burdens. Work with Network Engineering & Deployment teams to ensure readiness for new deployments. Establish and enforce network standards and policies. Participate in impact mitigation during large-scale events using established processes. Conduct detailed post-event analyses, documentation, and corrective actions. Enhance detection mechanisms through new alert designs and implementations. Troubleshoot recurring platform issues for full resolution. Create and review documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including device configurations and application interactions. Identify opportunities for automation through scripting and tool development. Contribute to hiring and developing team members. Qualifications 3+ years of automation scripting experience with Python, Bash, Shell, or Perl. 8+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols. 5+ years of working in Linux/Unix environments.
