We seek a Landscape Project Director to coordinate and manage strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable project delivery lead dedicated to improving project quality, a positive team player capable of working collaboratively and independently. Key Skills and Responsibilities: Guide, mentor, and maintain project milestones and deliverables on time throughout the project lifecycle. Thorough understanding of BIM workflows. Proficiency in developing project specifications. Experience in completing projects through construction. Development and oversight of design documentation, including schematic, design development, and construction documents. Support preparation of basis of design and specifications; oversee product research and material selection. Review and oversee drawing sets at all phases; lead consultant coordination; oversee code research; initiate and manage plan check processes; mentor teams on complex design issues. Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing issuances, site visits, field notes, and punchlists. Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Revit. Knowledge of team collaboration and management tools (e.g., Deltek, Newforma, Teams, Bluebeam). Accredited Landscape Architect preferred.
