The Irrigation Technician plays a critical role as the face of our company. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality, customer-focused irrigation services Diagnose, repair, and replace valves, heads, wiring, and controller Troubleshoot and repair residential irrigation systems Operate and maintain irrigation tools and technology Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner Work independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of irrigation or plumbing experience (required) Familiarity with electrical and irrigation components Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required) Backflow certification (preferred but not required) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps for communication What We Offer: Full-time, year-round employment Pay up to $65,000/year Overtime available but not required Paid holidays 1 week PTO after 90 days (PTO increases annually) Bonuses 401K with 3% company match after 90 days 50% company-paid health insurance Uniforms provided Team and company events On-the-job training and continuing education Professional development opportunities Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience: Minimum 2 years in irrigation or plumbing (required) License: Valid driver’s license (required) Transportation: Must arrive on time daily (start time: 6:45 AM) Drug-Free Workplace: Required due to equipment operation and client property access Ready to Grow with FineTurf?
