Salary:
Position Overview:
Provides advanced administrative support related to payroll, time and attendance, and HR records processing across various USCP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain payroll systems (e.g., Workbrain, NFC)
- Conduct leave audits and maintain automated timekeeping
- Track and process personnel action forms and approvals
- Generate reports and perform quality assurance on T&A records
Qualifications and Experience:
- College degree required (HR or related field preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of HR administrative experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in T&A systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills
