Job Description Must have 8+ years of experience in software development. Responsibilities Application development, prototyping, and high-level technical consulting. Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop innovative technology solutions under tight deadlines. Predict effects of configuration changes; identify application bottlenecks and optimize performance. Support issue resolution and ad-hoc requests. Basic Requirements 8-10+ years of experience in design, development, and testing of software solutions based on J2EE technologies. 3-5 years of experience with relational databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2. 2-3 years of experience with middleware technologies including JBoss and IBM MQ. 2-3 years of experience managing, building, and deploying code using GIT, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins. Experience designing and executing JUnit test cases with Mockito framework. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills. Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Ability to adapt to change and meet short deadlines. Business acumen, relationship management, and intellectual maturity.
