Our client is a growing and well-established organization based in Palm Beach Gardens. They are known for their collaborative team culture and long-term stability. They are currently looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85k - $95k plus Discretionary yearly bonus

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, excels in Excel, and enjoys building financial models to support business decision-making. They will be reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:

The Senior Financial Analyst Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple departments.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct ad hoc financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decisions.
Partner cross-functionally with department heads to understand and support key drivers of performance.
The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in improving financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:

3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:

Experience working with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Power BI or other business intelligence tools are a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
