Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - San Fransisco Bay Area (Hybrid) Overview: We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support the Global Supply Chains (GSC) VP of Global Operations CDG. In this strategic finance role, you will drive decision-making, enhance productivity, and ensure financial control across manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes while analyzing cost opportunities for margin expansion. Business Partnering: Provide financial insights to GSC Operations leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and maintain financial models for decision-making. Cost Management: Control costs and implement cost-saving initiatives aligned with budget objectives. Strategic Initiatives: Support financial analysis for strategic initiatives, including in-sourcing and product costing. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and maintain accurate financial records. Qualifications: Education: BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred. Experience: 10+ years in finance with P&L responsibility and management experience. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, advanced Excel proficiency, and effective communication. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Reporting Tool (EPB), and PowerBI is a plus.
