With a steady backlog of complex and high-value projects, they’re looking for a seasoned Estimator who can take ownership of the full bid cycle and mentor junior staff.

Estimator Responsibilities: Lead detailed estimates for large-scale commercial and institutional projects
Perform scope reviews and bid-leveling with subcontractors
Provide strategic input on pricing, risk, logistics, and scheduling
Review and enhance internal systems, templates, and historical cost databases
Mentor and train junior and mid-level estimators
Estimator Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects
B.S. in Construction Management or related field preferred
Strong experience with conceptual estimating and design-build environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
