Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time | Leadership Role A mission-driven development and construction firm in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join their growing team. This is a confidential hire for a high-impact role focused on leading preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and coordination on meaningful, community-focused projects.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage all phases of preconstruction and estimating Collaborate closely with development, design, and construction teams Analyze drawings and specifications to develop accurate budgets and scopes Maintain subcontractor/vendor relationships and manage bid processes Provide strategic input on project feasibility, cost control, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

7 years of experience in estimating or preconstruction, preferably with a General Contractor or developer-builder Strong knowledge of multifamily, mixed-use, or affordable housing projects Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Proficiency in estimating software and plan review Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
