WhatYoullDoSeniorEstimatorResponsibilities Interpretblueprints,specifications,andprojectdocumentstodevelopaccuratecostestimates. Collaboratewithprojectmanagers,architects,andclientstodefinescopeandclarifyrequirements. Evaluatesubcontractorbidsandmaterialpricingtobuildcomprehensiveestimates. Leverageestimatingtoolsandsoftwaretostreamlineandenhanceaccuracy.

AdditionalResponsibilities: Preparedetailedbidproposalsincompliancewithregulatoryandcontractualstandards. Participateinpre- constructionmeetingsandsitevisitstoassessfeasibilityandidentifyrisks. Maintainorganizedrecordsofestimates,costs,andsupportingdocumentation. Monitorprojectbudgetsandprovideupdatesthroughoutthelifecycle. Staycurrentonmarkettrends,constructionmethods,andmaterialpricing.

WhatYouBring BachelorsdegreeinConstructionManagement,Engineering,Architecture,orrelatedfield. Deepknowledgeofconstructionmaterials,methods,andbuildingcodes. Proficiencyinestimatingtoolssuchas Destiny,Bluebeam,Procore ,andExcel. Stronganalyticalandproblem -solvingskills. Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationabilities. Detail- orientedwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprojects. Estimatingcertifications(ASPE,AACE)areaplus.
