We are looking for an experienced paralegal who knows how to be the attorney's right-hand. The ideal candidate will have ample experience in contested divorce, uncontested divorce packets, child custody matters, and trial preparation.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Annual performance bonus, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, and professional development support Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits (including financial disclosure forms), discovery documents, parenting plans, and settlement packages Manage court filings, track important deadlines, and maintain precise case calendars Coordinate client intake, memorialize interviews, and assist with high-net-worth client matters Organize trial binders, exhibits, attend prep meetings, hearings, and mediations Collaborate with attorneys to anticipate case needs and support emerging strategy and deliverables Proactively monitor statuses, alert attorneys to key developments, and ensure client cases move forward smoothly
