We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead our PLM transformation initiatives. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for building high-performing, distributed teams. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable Teamcenter solutions that drive innovation, automation, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
You bring over 15 years of experience in PLM, with at least 10 years as a Teamcenter Solution Architect.
You have successfully architected and delivered at least two large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementation or transformation programs.
You are passionate about driving automation initiatives that enhance productivity and improve configuration management.
You have led architecture teams through complex PLM transformations and implementations with measurable success.
You excel at building strong, collaborative teams in remote and distributed environments.
You have a proven ability to identify, recruit, and mentor top-tier talent to support long-term delivery goals.
You ensure your teams are well-trained, supported, and continuously developed to meet evolving business needs.
You possess excellent communication skills and have a strong track record of mentoring junior professionals.
Your Role
As a Teamcenter Solution Architect, you will lead the design, customization, and deployment of Teamcenter solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact PLM capabilities.
You demonstrate strong leadership and have successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams across program management, engineering, operations, and logistics.
You have hands-on experience with core Teamcenter modules such as My Teamcenter, Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, BOM Management, and reporting tools.
You have led multiple Teamcenter implementations, including administration, configuration, customization, interface development, migration, and upgrades.
You possess deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and system design principles.
You are proficient in Teamcenter data modeling using BMIDE and understand its impact on system performance and scalability.
You have worked on at least five projects involving Teamcenter Unified Customization (11.X / 12.X), including RAC customization using Handlers, Utilities, and Extensions.
You bring a minimum of seven years of experience supporting and enhancing Teamcenter environments.
Your Skills and Experience
We are seeking a technically strong, forward-thinking architect who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering value through PLM innovation.
You have hands-on experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
You are familiar with T4EA and its integration within the Teamcenter ecosystem.
You have working knowledge of Teamcenter 2406 version configuration and have delivered changes using SAFe methodology and DevOps pipelines.
You are proficient in C , Java, and ITK, with JavaScript experience considered a plus.
You bring strong PLM functional and testing expertise to ensure solution quality and user satisfaction.
You have a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively and efficiently.
You are familiar with ITIL processes and have experience implementing automation to streamline operations.
