Key Responsibilities Design and implement reporting solutions that adhere to internal standards and best practices, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into functional reports across various platforms. Continuously enhance existing reports, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and functionality. Lead request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects within the team. Establish and maintain governance processes for reporting, data, and metrics. Collaborate with leadership across the organization, representing the Reporting and Analytics team to foster strong partnerships. Provide coaching and guidance to team members and clients on effective data utilization and interpretation. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Five years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Three years of SQL proficiency. Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship. Additional Qualifications Strong ability to analyze complex problems and provide analytical solutions. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Experience collaborating with various business areas and leadership levels. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access. Familiarity with report generation technologies (e.g., SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau). Experience in data consolidation and modeling. Preferred Qualifications Skills in Python and Big Query. Experience in business intelligence consulting. Project management or scrum leading experience. Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or experience with medical and pharmacy claims data. Prior involvement in quality process improvement initiatives. Expertise in using statistical/data analysis to identify risks and opportunities and outline reporting solutions.
