We are seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst who will play a crucial role in driving business decisions and operational efforts through data, reporting, and business intelligence. In this position, you will become the go-to expert for the Reporting and Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop reporting solutions that align with our internal standards, translating business requirements into effective reporting across various platforms.
Enhance and maintain the reliability, efficiency, and features of existing reports.
Lead request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and set project priorities effectively.
Establish and manage governance processes for reporting, data, and metrics.
Foster strong relationships with various levels of leadership within the organization, representing the broader Reporting and Analytics team.
Mentor and guide team members and clients in understanding and utilizing data effectively.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; a high school diploma or GED is also required.
At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems using analytical tools.
Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.
Experience collaborating with various business areas and levels of leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Familiarity with report-generating technologies such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.
Experience in data consolidation and modeling.
Knowledge of Python and Big Query.
Business Intelligence consulting experience.
Project management or scrum leading experience.
Experience in pharmacy benefit management or with medical and pharmacy claims data.
Involvement in quality process improvement initiatives.
Ability to use statistical analysis and best practices to recognize risks and opportunities while defining reporting solutions.
