The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in empowering our business decisions and operational efficiency through expert data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence services. This position serves as a pivotal resource within the Reporting and Analytics team, supporting other team members and facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop innovative reporting solutions in alignment with internal standards and best practices, effectively translating business requirements into functional reporting across various platforms. Enhance the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports to support improved business insights. Lead team sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects based on business needs. Establish and maintain processes for reporting, data governance, and metrics to ensure consistency and accuracy. Build strategic relationships with leadership at all levels, acting as the primary liaison for the Reporting and Analytics team. Mentor and guide team members and clients in data utilization and interpretation, fostering a culture of data literacy. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or a combination of education and relevant work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. At least 3 years of SQL experience. Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship. Additional Qualifications: Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems with data analysis tools. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Experience engaging with various business areas and different levels of leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access. Familiarity with report generation technologies such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau, etc. Experience in data consolidation and modeling. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python and Big Query. Consulting experience in Business Intelligence. Project management or scrum leadership experience. Background in PBM or working with medical/pharmacy claims and healthcare data. Experience in implementing quality process improvement initiatives. Expertise in statistical and data analysis to identify risks and opportunities and design effective reporting solutions.
