Job Summary Job Description: Fuel the game-day buzz! As Senior Concessions Manager for Levy at Stanford University, you will lead concession operations with precision, passion, and performance. You’ll drive revenue through streamlined service, efficient staffing, and memorable guest experiences across all concession outlets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 3–5 years of experience in concessions or high-volume foodservice management Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software Knowledge of local food safety regulations and labor compliance Experience in financial planning and cost control Key Responsibilities: Lead all concession operations for event and non-event days Manage and develop concession management staff Implement training standards and ensure Levy quality and service Track sales, labor, and inventory to meet or exceed budget Coordinate setup, service, and breakdown for all concession stands Collaborate with culinary and premium teams to ensure unified guest service Apply to Levy today!
