Just reliable, local routes in the Tampa Bay area . : Maintain and repair commercial HVAC/R systems — including large tonnage package units, split systems, chillers, water source heat pumps, and more

Troubleshoot airflow, VAVs, building pressure, and electrical systems

Diagnose and repair VFDs and controls; familiarity with Liebert, Aaon, and Seasons 4 units a plus

Work with BAS systems; advanced troubleshooting or programming is a bonus

Use diagnostic tools (Trane TechView, Carrier Service Tool, Watt Master Prism, etc.)

Communicate clearly with customers and teammates

Accurately complete electronic work orders and documentation

Follow all safety standards and promote a safe work environment

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience

Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Proficiency with electrical systems, VFDs, and BAS is preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Strong communication and customer service skills
