About the role
Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, this highly cross-functional role balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll build awareness, and affinity and drive growth through a variety of strategic initiatives and brand management responsibilities, including brand platform implementation, reputation management, brand campaigns, and other high-visibility sponsorships and partnerships. The ideal candidate is an experienced brand marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas .
Travel Requirements: Up to 20% travel required.
About the team
At Auctane, our Brand Marketing team brings our brand to life—through creative, content, campaigns, and experiences that build connection with our audience and move them to action. We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager who’s both strategic and creative to help us develop, manage and activate our brand across all marketing and company touchpoints.
What will you be doing?
Partner with the VP of Brand Marketing to define and implement our brand platform, including architecture, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
Work cross-functionally to uncover insights and spark big ideas that will drive business impact through emotional connections with our audience.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative and Comms teams to craft and leverage compelling brand narratives that convey our brand value and differentiation.
Lead high-impact, high-visibility brand initiatives like campaigns, partnerships and sponsorships that reach and resonate with our target audience to build positive brand perceptions, and inspire action.
In collaboration with the Content team, define the Brand Marketing calendar, aligning key brand initiatives with business priorities, seasonal trends, and moments that matter to our customers.
Manage our brand reputation strategy and review collection programs across key review sites and priority marketplaces to provide strong social proof of the benefits of our offerings and customer support
Work closely with analytics and market research teams to analyze performance and measure key brand health metrics to guide ongoing strategy and program optimization.
Define and track success for brand initiatives and communicate progress clearly with cross-functional teams, leaders and stakeholders.
Manage related budgets, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth execution, strong collaboration, and smart use of resources.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree, with 8 years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment with core responsibilities related to brand marketing.
Experience supporting or leading a rebrand is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously; comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with creative teams and agencies, with strong ability to write clear and effective brief, and provide actionable feedback on work.
Comfortable with data and making recommendations based on what you learn.
Strong collaborator with a track-record of working cross-functionally with a team of peers spanning multiple functions
Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help
Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability.
