Compensation: $120,000 depending on experience and certifications Responsibilities: Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings Qualifications: Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills Member of state and local bar associations in good standing Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision About Company What We Offer: We are a boutique family law firm offering clients the highest quality of legal services.
