Senior Art Director JOB OVERVIEW Location: 2 days in ATL office, with occasional visits to client office (ATL-Based) We’re looking for a conceptual, visually-driven Senior Art Director to lead the creative development of immersive brand experiences. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, design, and innovation, perfect for someone who is comfortable bringing big ideas to life through dynamic, polished presentations, and backing it all up with the ability to execute a program from start to finish. As a Senior Art Director, you’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to shape ideas from concept through execution. You’ll be responsible not just for developing the visual language of a campaign or event, but also for packaging it beautifully, turning ideas into compelling decks that sell. RESPONSIBILITIES Concept & Ideation: Lead and contribute to brainstorms and creative development for brand experiences, campaigns, and activations. Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract ideas into strong visual narratives that can be clearly communicated in pitch and presentation decks. Deck Crafting: Own the design, layout, and visual polish of presentation decks—organizing ideas in a clear, compelling, and visually elevated way. Design: Develop mood boards, inspiration visuals, and design direction for creative concepts and brand experiences. A knowledge of experiential design is important to be able to design for a space that will come to life. Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, strategists, producers, and other creatives to deliver integrated ideas. This role will most directly work with a graphic designer on a daily basis, as well as working incredibly closely with account and production. Client Engagement: Participate in internal and client-facing presentations to articulate and sell your work. Mentorship: Provide creative guidance and support to junior team members and freelancers. WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU 6–8+ years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment (experiential, brand, or advertising preferred) A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking and elevated design work Proven experience crafting and presenting concept decks Strong design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools Canva will be required, but it is not a prerequisite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in live events, activations, or physical/digital brand experiences LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT The Senior Art Director position will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Travel will be required throughout the year for events and client meetings. Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 per year
