As we grow, were looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Administrative Manager to build and lead the HR, Onboarding, Finance and Buildings functions and scale those departments as we grow. JOB OVERVIEW: Healthy Kids is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and action-oriented Senior Administrative Manager to support our rapid expansion. This full-time leadership role will be pivotal in scaling our HR, Onboarding, Finance, and Facilities teams as our organization doubles in size. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In this role, you will provide strategic oversight and direction across multiple departments, working closely with department managers to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and consistency across all company functions. This position is based on-site at our Fishkill, NY headquarters.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Fishkill, NY Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Salary Range: $90,000 $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Management<BR>Lead and support managers across HR, onboarding, finance, and facilities departments.
Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for teams. Offer consistent coaching, development, and performance evaluation to team leaders. Operational Excellence Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of multi-site operations. Unify and standardize procedures and policies across departments. Drive efficiency by identifying gaps and streamlining processes. Interdepartmental Collaboration Promote strong communication and strategic alignment among internal teams. Partner with the CEO to turn organizational strategy into action plans. Metrics & Reporting<BR>Monitor department-level KPIs and company-wide operational performance. Oversee compliance tracking, budget controls, and quality assurance. Special Initiatives Lead or assist with initiatives like system rollouts, acquisitions, or new site openings. Assess and optimize tools, vendors, and platforms to improve departmental performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 10+ years of leadership experience in operations or general management, ideally in a multi-site setting (childcare, education, healthcare, retail, or hospitality). Proven success leading managers and cross-functional teams. Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution abilities. Exceptional communication and organization skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on follow-through and execution. Experience in scaling teams or organizations in high-growth environments is a major plus. Bachelors degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
