We’re looking for a proactive Senior Accountant to join a fast-paced, high-performance accounting team. Pay: $85K-105K/yr salary Benefits & Bonuses: You are eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance benefits, 401K, and monetary bonuses Hybrid schedule: Work from home 2 days a week and in office 3 days.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the monthly and quarterly close processes Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and shared services teams Ensure documentation and controls are in place to support audits and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing improvements to accounting processes and internal controls
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred 2–4 years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems Self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure
