Senior Accountant (Bilingual Japanese) Our client is a late stage SaaS company in NYC that is experiencing significant year over year growth and is in the process of international expansion. They are looking to hire a Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller to handle day-to-day accounting, month end close, and financial reporting, as well as liasing with the team overseas on business decisions and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Support monthly close process including financial statement review and analysis Prepare monthly account reconciliations Manage cash and bank statements reconciliation on a daily basis Perform operational analysis as directed by management Assist with development and implementation of accounting procedures and controls Support the year-end audit, preparation of tax returns and other external reporting requirements Oversee T&E review and approval process Liaise with team overseas Requirements: 1-3 years of accounting experience Bilingual in English and Japanese Additional preference for candidates with public accounting work experience
