Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.81 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures. Support emergency response efforts and follow established protocols during incidents. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behaviors within the retail environment. What Were Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Texas Security Professional Guard Card preferred. A valid drivers license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age or older for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
