Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, common areas, residence hall exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing entrances, checking identification as directed by post orders, and reporting suspicious activity.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, fire alarms, and property concerns, and coordinate with campus officials and local responders as needed.; Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, communicate shift updates to oncoming personnel, and escalate security-related issues through the chain of command per site procedures.
