Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of streetscape areas, public-facing spaces, building exteriors, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or public order concerns.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with local authorities as directed, and documenting actions taken.; Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and/or policy violations, and communicate observations promptly via radio and/or phone to site leadership and dispatch.; Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, including patrol findings, contacts made, and follow-up items for management review.
