Allied Universal - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or public emergency services as required.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.; Control access to the property by monitoring entrances, observing visitor traffic, and assisting with vendor and delivery check-in per site procedures.; Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site leadership, and support property operations with direction and information when needed.
