As an Armed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm professionalism. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support smooth operations through attentive customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or authorization, and manage visitor, contractor, and delivery traffic including shipping and receiving activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, medical calls, and/or fire-related events, and coordinate with local first responders as needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations and/or trends to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
