Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government services location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and/or suspicious conditions.; Monitor access points and public areas, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with directing foot traffic to support orderly operations.; Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
