Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, staff, residents, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a shelter location.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter prohibited activity and identify maintenance and/or policy concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for access, assist with visitor processing, and help to maintain orderly movement through lobbies, corridors, and common areas.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using verbal de-escalation techniques and requesting additional assistance when needed.; Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in written reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel.
