Job Description As a Customer Success Manager in [Insert team name or Sub-LOB], you will develop and maintain customer relationships that realize our product value propositions. Track key success metrics, providing data and feedback to the Product team to inform future features and priorities. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent in customer success roles within product or technology sectors. Proven ability to influence product adoption and customer retention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and teach others. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B environments or as a colleague in customer-facing roles.
