Summary:The Section Manager 3- Credit is responsible for the management of all activities for a significant function or area related to credit functions. They manage through section supervisors and/or subordinate managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.
+ Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
+ Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.
+ Resolves issues that are strategic or compliance related.
+ Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.
+ Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.
+ Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.
+ Establishes quality of service level for the area.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5 years experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
+ Formal credit training and commercial banking underwriting experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skill set
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office products and ability and willingness to become proficient with critical proprietary systems

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
