• Complex Challenges to Solve: Prepare moderately complex to intricate personal and business tax returns while developing solutions for clients' toughest tax scenarios.
• Tax Review: Perform technical reviews and approvals of tax returns.

• Credentialed Expert: You're a CPA or actively pursuing certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.
• Experienced Professional: You have 3-5 years of tax preparation experience, including strong familiarity with complex returns.
• Tax Knowledge Extraordinaire: Your expertise in tax preparation, review, research, planning, compliance, and regulations sets you apart.
• Collaborative Communicator: You possess outstanding human relations, written, and oral communication skills that foster strong teamwork and client relationships.

Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Pay will be prorated based on the seasonal workload.
