School-Based Behavioral Support Technician?
Location: Anacortes, WA?
Model: Part-time - 30 hour a week | On-site
School Year: 2025–2026?

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Behavioral Support Technician to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for Behavioral Techs in a variety of settings. What You'll Be Doing*:?

  • Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings?
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of school psychologists, behavior analysts, or special education staff?
  • Assist teachers and staff with behavior management strategies to promote positive student outcomes?
  • Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress and inform adjustments to intervention plans?
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and self-regulation skills?
  • Collaborate with school teams, parents, and other support providers to ensure consistency across environments?
  • Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities?
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students?

What We're Looking For:?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)?
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational, behavioral, or clinical settings (preferred)?
  • Training or coursework in applied behavior analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or related field (preferred)?
  • Ability to follow structured intervention plans and work collaboratively with school teams?
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills?
  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting student growth and success?
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when managing challenging behaviors?
  • Willingness to travel to school sites as needed?
