Scheduling Coordinator Essential Duties: Provide weekly confirmation of client schedules for billing and invoicing Provide weekly confirmation of caregiver worked schedules for payroll Provide consultation for assigned caregivers regarding the client caregivers regarding the client care plan and specific needs of clients Receive and process client/caregiver issues and concerns as it pertains to the quality of care being provided by Visiting Angels Provide 'On Call' duties for after hours needs - rotating schedule with other office personnel Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications: High attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Effective time management Intermediate computer skills – use of technology solutions for all aspects of the role Innovative and creative in finding solutions and resolving challenges Teamwork oriented Why Join Visting Angels?
