About Us: 24Restore is a leading restoration company specializing in fire, water, and mold damage restoration for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to manage and expand our established Brainerd territory.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the Brainerd market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners. Promote 24Restore's services to potential clients and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Attend one weekly team meetings and one monthly company meetings in Ramsey, MN. Compensation & Benefits: Base yearly salary of $40,000. Uncapped commission potential, with earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 or more in the first year. Weekly training opportunities Vehicle usage monthly allowance Qualifications: Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a "whatever it takes" attitude. Experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
