The Enterprise Platformservices team needs an experienced Salesforce solutions designer/architect towork with teams to transition legacy applications, design new solutions, andmake the most efficient and effective use of the Salesforce investment.The duties will include:

Provide cost, time, andresource efforts for new EPSG demands and enhancements Participate in strategicand tactical planning with business partners, vendors, and organizational unitmanagement Provide consultation andplanning for specific modifications and enhancements to productionapplications/information systems Assist applicationsdevelopment staff while serving as a point of escalation for difficult problems Make recommendations tomanagement on enterprise development practices, standards, and tools Mentor and train otherorganizational unit applications development staff in standard developmentpractices, standards, and tools when requested Monitor efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental, and divisional standards and procedures Conduct platform assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production, and to provide optimum quality service to the clients Coordinate application assessment and performance monitoring with development teams Coordinate technical discussions and demos as requested

Required Skills

Experience in a Salesforce environment as an architect or designer 5 Years Experience mentoring and advising Salesforce admin and developers 5 Years Experience working directly with Salesforce integrators and business stakeholders 5 Years Salesforce Platform Developer Certification 3 Years Experience as a Marketing Cloud developer 3 Years Experience with MuleSoft integrations 3 Years preferred Experience using Copado for Salesforce DevOps 3 Years
