We’re hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Health Benefits portfolio in the San Francisco market, with a focus on employers subject to the Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO).
In this role, you’ll partner with local businesses to deliver compliant, cost-effective health benefit solutions. You’ll educate employers on HCSO requirements, identify coverage gaps, and close new business while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business across San Francisco Advise employers on HCSO compliance and benefit strategies Present tailored health benefit solutions Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (benefits or insurance preferred) Knowledge of HCSO or willingness to learn quickly Strong communication and consultative selling skills Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
