Indiana Box, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners currently has a position open for a Sales Representative in Huntington, IN. This sales opportunity provides qualified candidates the ability to create solutions and problem solve with the most earth friendly and recycled packaging materials that have lead the industry for well over 125 years. Corrugated boxes remain one of the most effective ways to ship and protect our customers products.

As a Sales Representative your responsible to promote and make sales to customers of products offered by our company. Expectation is to do this by establishing and maintaining good customer relationships, understand and utilize Design and Customer Service team synergies and general knowledge of our market and competitive environment.

Indiana Box requires the following skills and abilities:

Develop and establish customers who require our products and services. Research target customers, make required customer visits each week (as established by Manager) and provide customers with needed information to generate and close sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets as established by budget objectives.
Develop target accounts that are a good fit for our production and sales capabilities.
Responsible for making outside calls to customers and traveling extensively to complete this task. Expected travel time for this position would be 80% of full-time hours.
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to drive.
Able to load and unload samples from vehicle.
Prepare and analyze written presentations and reports on a regular basis (customer presentations, sales summaries, pricing data, drawings & specs).
Prepare and maintain sales aids so they are positive tools to use with customers (hand-outs, bound presentations, sample materials).
Work with, develop positive relationships with, communication with, and coordinate activities with other team members in Design, Customer Service, Production, Accounting and throughout the entire TRG and Schwarz Partners' teams.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED.
Two years outside selling experience or related experience and college course work.
