At HomeWell Care, we provide non-medical in-home care services that help seniors and adults maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. We're a compassionate team looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to help us grow in Bucks County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, social workers, etc.)
  • Respond to inquiries and convert leads into client consultations
  • Attend and represent the company at networking events and community outreach opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
  • Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality service and client satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Sales or marketing experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of non-medical home care and local senior care landscape is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
